• You will have to provide a picture/video of the item before initiating a return to check the quality of the product

• On delivery please check the item thoroughly and report to us within 3 Days if you find any kind of damage on the item/there are missing parts or if you find that the item is not functioning the way it should

• Item must have original tags and packaging upon return

• You will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling costs incurred if the delivery is not successful for reasons such as wrong address/no signature
