• On delivery please check the item thoroughly and report to us within 24 hours if you find any kind of damage on the item/there are missing parts or if you find that the item is not functioning the way it should

• We are happy to exchange or will honor the return of the item if you do not wish to keep it within 15 days after the item is delivered. 

• You will have to pay for the return charges in no quality issues are found

• Returned item must be in brand new condition, uninstalled or non-assembled, unused, and no missing parts

• You will have to provide a picture/video of the item before initiating a return to check the quality of the product

• Item must have original tags and packaging upon return

• You will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling costs incurred if the delivery is not successful for reasons such as wrong address/no signature
