SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please note that assembly services, packaging removal and indoor deliveries are not included in the Curbside Delivery.

RETURN POLICY

We are sorry that you are finding the furniture piece unfit. Below is our return policy

  • We are happy to exchange or will honor the return of the item if you do not wish to keep it within 30 days after the item is delivered. 

  • You will have to pay for the return charges in no quality issues are found

  • Returned item must be in brand new condition, uninstalled or non-assembled, unused, and no missing parts

  • You will have to provide a picture/video of the item before initiating a return to check the quality of the product

  • On delivery please check the item thoroughly and report to us within 3 days if you find any kind of damage on the item/there are missing parts or if you find that the item is not functioning the way it should

  • Item must have original tags and packaging upon return

  • You will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling costs incurred if the delivery is not successful for reasons such as wrong address/no signature

  • In cases where the delivery location requires additional assistance, such as taking items up to an apartment or using an elevator, it is your responsibility to arrange for any necessary assistance.
